La instalación Selvando, así como las varia series de dibujos comprendidas en este proyecto, corresponden al ejercicio de una especie de duelo que se fue dando sin pensar, al constatar, con el paso de muchos años, que las riberas de un río se convertían en grandes extensiones de cultivos de arroz y cría de ganado. Tantos dibujos hechos en distintos tiempos y lugares se unieron en un proyecto de largo alcance, una forma de reconstrucción
The Selvando installation, as well as the various series of drawings included in this project, corresponds to the exercise of a kind of mourning that was given without thinking, by noting, over many years, that the riverbanks of a river became large areas of rice crops and livestock breeding. So many drawings, made at different times and places, came together in a far-reaching project, a form of reconstruction.
